When you book a call or send us an enquiry, we collect what you choose to share: your name, business name, email address, phone number (for example, a WhatsApp number) and anything you tell us about your business.

When you browse this site, our hosting and analytics tools collect standard technical information — pages viewed, approximate location, device type — to keep the site working and understand what content helps. We do not buy contact lists and we do not sell your data.

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals, deliver the services you buy (your website, CRM and Care Plan work), send invoices, and — only with your consent — share occasional updates. We keep client project data in your own system, which is handed over to you at launch or after your final monthly payment.

We share your information only with the providers needed to run our service: our hosting platform, our messaging provider for the WhatsApp inbox, payment gateways for card payments, and analytics tools. Each processes data on our instructions under its own security terms. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

This site uses only the cookies needed to make it function and measure usage. No advertising trackers run on our pages. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time; the site will keep working.

Enquiry details are kept while we discuss your project and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can follow up. Client records live in your CRM, which belongs to you. We keep our own business records for as long as UAE law requires.

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you — just email hello@stackhouse.ae. We handle personal data in line with UAE federal data protection law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data). If you have a concern we can't resolve, you can raise it with the relevant UAE authority.
