By engaging us you agree to these terms. Your signed proposal may add or vary details for your specific project; where it differs from this page, the proposal wins. Nothing here removes rights UAE law gives you.

The Full Stack is a fixed-scope build: a bilingual website, WhatsApp inbox, CRM with quotes, contracts and invoices, up to five automations, and team onboarding — as described on our services page. The Care Plan is optional ongoing support, sold monthly, with the monthly hours described on our pricing page. Anything outside the fixed scope is quoted separately before we start, so you always know the cost first.

Third-party services your system needs — the Superchat plan, your domain, and payment gateway fees — are paid by you directly to those providers, at their prices.

Current prices are on our pricing page. All prices exclude VAT where applicable; we issue VAT-ready invoices showing our TRN, 105428879800001. Each option's payment schedule — deposit, launch payment or monthly instalments — is set out on the pricing page and confirmed in your proposal. Monthly plans run for 12 months from the start date.

We aim to launch your system within 10 days of the start date. That timing depends on what we need from you: your content, branding, service list, access to your accounts and prompt approvals. If those are delayed, the launch date moves by the same amount. We'll always tell you what we're waiting on.

The system — its software, code, architecture, templates, automations and configuration — is, and remains, the exclusive intellectual property of XORH VENTURES FZE LLC. Paying for a build or monthly plan gives you the right to use the system while your service is active; it does not transfer ownership of the system.

You keep exclusive ownership of your business data, customer records, content, trademarks and domain names. If your service ends, we provide a complete export of your data.

The Care Plan is month to month; either side can end it with 30 days' notice. Unused hours don't roll over. After a build you must keep your system's hosting and messaging plans active — if those lapse, we can't be responsible for what stops working.

We work carefully and stand behind our work, but our total liability for any claim connected to our services is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the work in question. We're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost data you haven't backed up, or third-party service outages (for example, a WhatsApp provider going down).
