How to pay
Bank transfer or crypto. Payment details are on your invoice. Use your invoice number as the reference, then tell us you've paid in your client portal. We confirm once it clears.
Prices shown in your chosen currency. Invoiced in the currency you select.
Issued after signing
Your first Care Plan invoice is sent by email only once your Care Plan agreement is signed.
Billed monthly
Each invoice covers one month of managed hosting, security, backups and ongoing support. It renews on the same day each month.
One invoice at a time
The next month is only issued once the previous invoice has cleared.
Overdue invoices
If an invoice goes overdue, billing pauses until it is paid. Your system stays supported while we sort it out together.
VAT
5% VAT applies to UAE customers only. Prices are shown before VAT.
Leaving
Either side can end the Care Plan with 30 days’ notice. You receive a full export of your business data.
