The required Care Plan
Every build has a required monthly Care Plan to keep the system running. It covers managed hosting, security updates, backups, monitoring, continuous support and small changes. Larger features, integrations and additions are quoted separately.
Care Plan billing starts 30 days after launch. This is a billing date, not the end of support: support continues while the Care Plan is active.
